Full council meetings are held on the last Tuesday monthly – but normally with no meeting in August or December. Meetings start at 19:00 and are on a rotational basis in the village halls in Clearwell, Newland and Redbrook. Committee and Working Group meetings are held on an ad hoc basis.
The agenda for full council and committee meetings are published on this website and with notices on public boards in each village not less than three clear days (excl Sundays and Bank Holidays) prior to the meeting.
The draft minutes are published here, usually within a week of the meeting; they remain in draft form until confirmed at the next meeting.
Minutes for meetings prior to 2025 are available on request by email to clerk@newlandparishcouncil.gov.uk
